The Kino Short Film Fund, powered by Genera Films, invites applications from filmmakers worldwide seeking support to complete their short film projects.
The fund provides financial and in-kind support for projects in production, post-production, or distribution, helping filmmakers move beyond development and towards a finished film ready for audiences.
Funding
Filmmakers can apply for grants of up to £5,000.
In addition to financial support, selected projects may receive:
A weekend hire of a professional camera and lens package from The Unit Bag.
A lighting package provided by Matte Black.
Mentorship from industry professionals.
Depending on the quality and needs of the selected projects, funding may be awarded to a single project or divided among multiple filmmakers. Applicants who are not awarded funding may still be considered for in-kind support.
